Aviation Recruitment & Referencing are seeking for candidates to ensure that the best possible experience is delivered for Birmingham Airport passengers during the busy summer season of 2021.

Candidates are required to cover 3 days on and 3 days off we have various start time the earliest being 03.00 and the latest being 15.00 on predictable rostered shift patterns. Overtime hours can also be available. This contract is till end of October with possibilities for full time, permanent position.

Candidate will be expected to assist throughout the operation, generally tasks will include:

• Assisting passengers with baggage check in.
• Moving baggage between baggage belts and to and through out of gauge facilities.
• Working within the baggage make up hall, moving bags between belts.
• Condensing bags on make-up carousels to minimise baggage belt stoppages.
• Assisting with the offloading of bags at the arrivals carousels.
• Assisting within the baggage arrivals hall with passenger enquiries and distributing baggage

Essential Requirements:

• No previous experience required as full training will be given
• Must be able to converse with passengers in English.
• Must be presentable and wear a Birmingham Airport issued uniform.
• Will work under the direction of the Passenger Services Manager and Baggage Coordinators.

Salary: £8.91 to £9.91 per hour
